Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on the items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo and Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Once the order has been dispatched it is normally delivered to you within a few days, dependant on your location.

The delivery times shown above reflect the time it takes for the package to travel from our outlet to your door. Due to the nature of some of the items available through the stores, some items being available in limited edition or made to order, it is not possible to guarantee delivery times on any items.
After you have initially placed your order, production is expected to take 28 days for the order to be completed, and it will then be dispatched.
The Whitby Jet Store can take no responsibility for delays caused during shipping, once the goods have left our outlet.
For goods supplied to European Union Countries, V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) at the UK rate of 20% will be added, where appropriate, to your total bill at the store checkout. If you are ordering from countries outside the European Union the V.A.T. will not be added to your bill.
All international packages are accurately described, with costs, on the Customs Declaration Document. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
All national deliveries are sent through Royal Mail, and all international deliveries are sent through FedEx.

All credit card numbers are submitted on Worldpay's secure server and are encrypted. Credit card details are not kept by ourselves as they are processed by our Payment Service Provider (WorldPay).
